Every 12 consecutive paid months is a block — one annual payment, or 12 monthly payments in a row. Completing a block permanently vests that year: you keep the madphase desktop app plus every update released during it, even if you never pay again. Each further completed block advances your kept build by another year. Newer releases and support require an active subscription; optional connected services or provider costs, if used, are separate.

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, if you have completed at least one 12-month block, you keep your vested build forever: the app plus every update released up to the end of your most recent completed block. A partial block does not vest — but whatever you vested earlier is never reduced or revoked. If you have not completed a block yet, the app returns to the free watermarked version.

You are never charged for the months you were away, and you never lose what you already vested. Resubscribing starts a fresh 12-month block from that day; complete it and your kept build advances again. Switching from monthly to annual works the same way — the annual purchase starts its own block, and a partial monthly block does not carry over.

Yes — same rule, paid monthly. Your first block vests at month 12, the next at month 24, and so on. The 12 months must be consecutive: cancelling mid-block means that block does not vest (anything already vested is untouched). If a payment fails, there is a 14-day grace window — fix it in time and your block continues as if nothing happened; otherwise the block ends.

No. Perpetual fallback covers releases up to the end of your most recent completed 12-month block. Anything released after that requires an active subscription — until you complete another block, at which point that year vests too.

No. Perpetual fallback covers continued use of your kept desktop build. Optional connected services, account services, AI/provider usage, model costs, support, and newer releases may require an active subscription or separate provider access.

The tools are included; the compute is not ours to sell. You bring your own api key and pay your provider directly, at their rates, with no markup from us.
